Welcome to Hank Robotics LLC (“Hank Robotics,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, services, or entering into a service agreement with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our services.

Services

Hank Robotics provides drone cleaning and exterior property maintenance services for commercial, industrial, and residential properties.

• Service scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables will be set forth in written proposals, quotes, or service agreements.
  
  
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services at our discretion, subject to applicable laws.
  
  

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.
  
  
• By entering into a contract with Hank Robotics, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the property owner or business and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  
  
• Services are available only where permitted by law.
  
  

Payment & Billing

• All payment terms, including deposit requirements and due dates, will be stated in invoices or agreements.
  
  
• Late payments may incur additional fees, interest charges, and/or suspension of scheduled services.
  
  
• All fees are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in writing by Hank Robotics.
  
  
• Hank Robotics reserves the right to recover collection costs, including legal fees, in the event of non-payment.
  
  

Customer Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide safe and lawful access to the property during scheduled service times.
  
  
• Ensure the work area complies with FAA regulations and any applicable state or local laws governing drone operations.
  
  
• Obtain and maintain all necessary permits or authorizations required to perform drone services on the property.
  
  
• Remove or secure any obstacles or hazards that may endanger personnel, equipment, or third parties.
  
  

Hank Robotics may decline or postpone services if site conditions are deemed unsafe or non-compliant.

Limitation of Liability

• Hank Robotics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.
  
  
• Our total liability for direct damages arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
  
  
• Clients are responsible for maintaining property insurance.
  
  
• Drone operations inherently carry certain risks. By engaging Hank Robotics, you acknowledge and accept these operational risks.
  
  

Intellectual Property

• All website content, marketing materials, operational techniques, drone technology, software, logos, and service documentation are the exclusive property of Hank Robotics LLC and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
  
  
• No rights or licenses are granted to clients except as necessary for the performance of contracted services.
  
  
• Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
  
  

Service Restrictions

Hank Robotics reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue service if:

• The requested service violates any applicable law or regulation.
  
  
• Drone operations are unsafe or beyond our technical capabilities.
  
  
• Environmental or site conditions pose unacceptable risks to personnel, equipment, or third parties.
  
  

Termination

• Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the terms set forth in the contract.
  
  
• We may suspend or terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in unlawful or unsafe conduct.
  
  
• Upon termination, all outstanding balances become immediately due and payable.
  
  

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  
  
• Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
  
  
• Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith informal resolution.
  
  

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hank Robotics, its officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of:

• Your breach of these Terms,
  
  
• Your failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations, or
  
  
• Any damage or injury occurring on the property during the course of services not caused by Hank Robotics’ negligence.
  
  

Modifications to Terms

• Hank Robotics may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
  
  
• Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website with the updated “Effective Date.”
  
  
• Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
